ESTERHAZY
The other day in the pastry shop the inspiration grabbed me. Well, not immediately, only when I was allowed to call my Capuccino and an Esterhazy slice my own.
And as I gazed at them so devoutly, the muse kissed me!
Inspiration in the form of a cute little Esterhazy slice doesn't sound too bad, does it? I don't really like the frosting, way too sweet and I confess I leave it.
But this SAMPLE!!!! Totaly in LOVE!
Once home my vision was realized and I am really happy with my result! Esterhazy as soap, honor to whom honor is due!
