Currently there are quite a few posts and recipes about dandelion, you can't help but be amazed. Dandelion honey, various pastries with flower decoration, dandelion in salad and much more.

Taraxacum officinale is an ancient medicinal plant that has always found its use in liver disease and digestive problems.

It belongs to the composite family and forms a basal rosette with strongly toothed, lobed leaves. The flowers we all know, yellow ray florets up to 200 in number sit firmly on a tubular stem.

After flowering, the flower closes to open again to appear as a dandelion.

Not to be left unmentioned is the root from which we can make fine preparations such as tincture and root coffee.

And because I am late, there is on the subject of dandelion not honey or salad, but a soap. Used the fresh dandelion leaves in the soap glue and I think it can be seen!
